The archives of the UK national science academy are a major history of science resource. There is a searchable archive catalogue (incorporating the Sackler Archive Resource) available online. The archive catalogue holds the election certificate collection and other listed papers dating back to the foundation of the Society in 1660. Other materials catalogued include portraits, busts and some photographs. The Sackler Archive Resource comprises biographical records of Fellows from 1660.
